About us
Ranfurly Dental Care was founded by the husband and wife team of Paul Posa and Duchesne Hall in 1991.
They both graduated from Otago University and worked as assistant dentists in Auckland practices before setting up Ranfurly Dental Care.
Over the years, they have gathered a strong team around them.

Paul has worked full time and exclusively at Ranfurly Dental Care since 1991.
He is accomplished in all aspects of general dentistry, including Crown and Bridge, Cosmetic, Root Canal Therapy and Implants.
The quality and long-term success of his work is of the highest priority and he is committed to continuing professional education.
He is passionate about prevention and assisting patients to take control of their oral health.

Laura comes from a dental family and graduated from Otago Dental School in 2009.
Since then, Laura has been working in emergency and general dentistry here in her hometown of Auckland.
Laura enjoys the combination of science and art that dentistry offers. She is particularly interested in preventive care and has developed a reputation for making even the most nervous patients feel comfortable.
In addition to dentistry, Laura is passionate about her family (which includes her dogs), animal welfare, creating, and design.

Leanne has a solid background in healthcare, having qualified as a Registered Comprehensive Nurse before leaving on her OE. In London, she made the shift to dentistry and worked for six years within a busy practice. On returning home she trained as a Dental Hygienist in Dunedin, graduating in 1997.
As an experienced oral health professional, Leanne can remove plaque and tartar to leave your mouth with that “just cleaned” feeling. More importantly, she will provide individualised hygiene care that includes advice to minimise your risk of tooth decay and gum disease.
Kelly

Kelly is senior chairside assistant for Paul, and also works in reception.
Like Megan, Kelly has been part of the Ranfurly Dental team for over 20 years.
Kelly's experience and versatility means she is familiar with all aspects of the practice, and has a great understanding of patients' needs.
Her easy manner will immediately make you feel comfortable.
Stacey

Stacey Naude

Stacey has been part of the team since 2013, and has become an experienced and knowledgeable team member.
Like Kelly, Stacey gained her certification as a chairside assistant through the New Zealand Dental Association (NZDA) programme.
Stacey works with both Paul and Laura, and so is familiar with all clinical aspects of the practice. She aims to make your experience positive and stress free.

After working as chairside assistant for Duchesne for many years, Megan moved to become receptionist and practice manager.
Being so familiar with all aspects of the practice helps Megan make your experience as streamlined and hassle free as possible.
Megan has been with Ranfurly Dental for over twenty years.
